This Turkey Tastes Like Horses Smell

Today I will start with an anniversary shoutout to us, Today we celebrate 26 years married and 31 years together. How crazy is that? It sure went fast. Pretty good idea for us to get married in late June because there is a good chance that we will celebrate in another country every once in a while! We have celebrated in Thailand, Glacier National Park, Rome, and now Ireland. Maybe Peru next year? We’ll see where the summer wind takes us.

Today was a mellow day. Slept in, got some breakfast, did some shopping, and explored Kerry. Mack came to breakfast but we promptly returned her to the Airbnb when we realized she shapeshifted and needed a day off. As usual, her need to recharge benefits us all. Traveling with people with needs is a little different because you have to be okay with letting them check out and rebalance in order for them to have fun too. If we push her too much, then she isn’t able to enjoy. As of right now, she is happy and hungry, and ready for a journey out for some dinner.

Torc Falls…looks like Kauai.

I love vacation animals. Brian was looking at the castle and Fiona and I were off videoing a baby duck swimming in the stream.

Ross Castle in Killarney

Had dinner in Kenmare tonight and it was great. Food was good. There was some live music which Mack isn’t too keen on. This guy sounded a little bit like Jack Black. Made me laugh. It was a great Anniversary dinner followed by a scoop of ice cream and a cup of tea.
Mack had the turkey and stuffing. The title of this blog is what she said when I asked how her dinner was.

Tomorrow is a big day. I get to go somewhere special that was on my list for this trip. I will share it tomorrow. We are also meeting up with Fiona’s boyfriend, Raymond and his mom in Dublin. I’m excited to meet her. I know Fiona is super excited as well.

Until tomorrow!
